We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Operations Coordinator to support the company’s day-to-day administrative, logistics, and operational activities. This position will coordinate supply chain operations, oversee outsourced warehouse activities, manage order fulfillment, and assist with inventory and customs-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes, including required documentation and communication with customs brokers and logistics partners.
- Oversee and coordinate operations with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Monitor and coordinate daily order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
- Conduct and coordinate inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize operational records, shipping documents, invoices, and inventory-related documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse partners, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track shipments and inventory movements and provide updates on order and logistics status.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or consumer goods preferred.
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customs clearance preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory or logistics management systems is a plus.
