Operations Associate

Excelsior Village Academies, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the effective functioning of our educational institution. This role involves assisting in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to process improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

• Support daily operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and coordination across departments.
• Assist in maintaining facilities and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with school regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with staff to implement operational policies and procedures.
• Help coordinate school events and logistic arrangements.
• Contribute to data collection and performance tracking to inform management decisions.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Previous experience in operations, education administration, or related field is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
