Express Employment in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with starting pay between $20–$22/hour.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with experience in industrial machinery, printing presses, and rewinders. MUST HAVE background in electrical work and the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like meters.

Applicants must pass a background check and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
