Holland Center is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech:
- Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Maintenance Tech:
- One Year of Maintenance Experience
- Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
- Valid driver's license
