As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience by scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair or replacement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally and promptly.
• Schedule windshield repair and replacement appointments.
• Verify customer information and insurance details.
• Explain services, pricing, and appointment expectations.
• Coordinate schedules with mobile and in-shop technicians.
• Communicate appointment confirmations and repair status updates.
• Process payments, invoices, and customer paperwork.
• Maintain accurate customer records using shop management software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each appointment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or call center experience preferred.
• Auto glass or automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
