About the Role:
Join Ryans Auto Body as a Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you will help guide customers through their auto body repair journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with the repair process, including estimates, timelines, and insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates on vehicle repairs.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and support as needed.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area for customers.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
