Manufacturing Lead - Composite Fabrication

Jetta Corporation is seeking a Composite Fabrication – Production Lead to support the daily workflow of our Freestanding Manufacturing department. This is a hands-on working lead position. You'll spend your day working alongside the production team while helping coordinate workflow, training teammates, solving production challenges, and ensuring our products meet the quality standards our customers expect.

While experience with our products is not required, we're looking for someone with a strong manufacturing background, technical aptitude, and the ability to help others succeed.

If you've built, repaired, fabricated, or refinished products using composites or similar materials, your experience may be exactly what we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the daily workflow across multiple production processes.
• Lead by example while working alongside the production team.
• Train and coach team members on safe and efficient production methods.
• Help identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues.
• Fill in wherever needed to keep production moving.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, quality, and accountability.

• Fiberglass boat manufacturing or repair
• Auto body or collision repair
• RV manufacturing or repair
• Composite manufacturing
• Aerospace composites
• Solid surface fabrication (Corian®, HI-MACS®, Wilsonart®, etc.)
• Custom fabrication or finishing
• Industrial manufacturing involving composites, fiberglass, plastics, coatings, or specialty fabrication

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday–Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Friday overtime as needed to support production.
