Role Snapshot
Step into an entry-level (I) role on our Operations team where you’ll carry out daily fiberglass assembly procedures that keep production moving. As a Composite Fabrication Technician, you’ll turn raw composite materials into finished components with precision and care.
A Day in the RoleYou arrive, review the day’s build list, and prep your station. Throughout the shift you:
- Trim and shape parts through cutting, grinding, sanding, and buffing to exact specifications
- Assemble fiberglass components, following work instructions and safety practices
- Keep equipment maintained and your workspace clean and orderly for consistent results
- Inspect parts, identify malfunctions or defects, and promptly analyze and report any issues
- Collaborate with teammates, while also handling assigned tasks independently as needed
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and following standardized processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized and detail oriented approach to craftsmanship
- Comfort working within a team environment and communicating clearly (written and verbal)
- Adaptable mindset with a drive to contribute ideas in a continuous improvement environment
- Ability to work independently with limited direction when required
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
