Mesquite, TX | Hybrid (3 Days In Office) | Full-Time

About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Mesquite, TX area to hire a Credit & Collections Specialist. This opportunity is with one of our valued clients and offers the chance to support accounts receivable operations, collections, credit review, and customer account management in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections and maintain assigned customer accounts.
• Review customer orders and assist with credit-related decisions.
• Resolve billing disputes, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
• Monitor aging reports and collection metrics.
• Partner with sales and internal teams on delinquent accounts.
• Review orders on credit hold and support account resolutions.
• Send past-due notices and conduct collection calls.
• Maintain accurate account records and collection activity documentation.
• Provide reporting on receivables and delinquent accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with great attention to detail.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office
• Monday-Friday
• Flexible hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime as business needs require

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
