Assignment Type: Long-Term Contract

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
'14; Rotating weekends required

What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:
'14; Active New York State LPN License
'14; Minimum 1 year of LTC or Skilled Nursing experience
'14; Current CPR / BLS Certification

Pay Rate: $45/hr
