About Us:
Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership – is a 138 bed long term care facility. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing nursing team. The LPN will provide high-quality, recovery-focused care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vitals, assess condition changes, and document in EHR systems.
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
Supervise and support CNAs in providing care.

Communicate with residents, family members, and medical staff regarding care plans.
Qualifications:
Active LPN License in Pennsylvania. Required.
Current BLS/CPR Certification. Required.
Prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred.
Benefits: - $3,500 Sign on Bonus
Competitive pay on experience. -- starting at $35/hr.
8 and 16 hour shifts available.
