Coordinate depositions, court hearings, mediations and prepare necessary documents
Maintain a detailed case management system, ensuring that all deadlines are met
Liaise with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Manage personal injury cases, from intake to settlement/trial.
Draft and file complaints, motions, cross motions, interrogatories and settlement review sheets
Review pleadings, medical records, and manage client communications
Assist with settlement negotiations.
