Director of Operations:

Well established facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, masonry/ concrete contractor seeks the below

Scaffolding, rigging knowledge
90% of projects in Manhattan
Relationships/ contacts and good standing with architects/ engineers & management companies
Understanding of plans, projects and scope execution
Understand when change orders apply
Understand AIA docs
Communicate with office, PMs and shop personnel
Project progress monitoring
Project planning
Allowance quantity monitoring
8 years + experience
Continual follow up on bids and open proposals
