Healthcare Director of Operations

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, hardworking leader who is comfortable managing competing priorities, supporting a diverse team, and developing practical solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is primarily an on-site position based in Rockland County, New York. Travel to other locations may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing daily operational and administrative functions

• Coordinating staffing and scheduling needs

• Monitoring patient flow and supporting efficient service delivery

• Supervising and supporting non-clinical staff and operational leaders

• Promoting consistent processes and performance across multiple locations

• Coordinating technology, systems access, security, and general facility needs

• Managing the purchasing and distribution of supplies and equipment

• Identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions

• Participating in organizational, facility, and community events

• Collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to support organizational goals

• Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred

• Three to five years of healthcare operations or administrative experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Experience working with electronic medical record systems preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Ability to develop creative and practical solutions

• Willingness and ability to travel between locations as needed
