Responsibilities

Oversee a dedicated book of commercial business, ensuring every client feels supported and understood.

Guide clients through the renewal process by offering clear insights and proactive coverage recommendations.

Prepare and process policy endorsements, certificates, and audits with high attention to detail.

Collaborate with our insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve billing or policy discrepancies.

Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing solutions that demonstrate our commitment to their success.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files to ensure our records reflect the current needs of the businesses we serve.

Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 Property Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience managing commercial lines accounts.

Practical knowledge of agency management systems (Hawksoft a plus, bu not required) and carrier portals.

Strong organizational skills for managing complex renewals and policy changes.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.

Comfortable working in a physical office setting in Hollywood, Florida.
