We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join our team, someone who genuinely cares about building lasting relationships with clients. In this role you will not just be processing policies. You will be the primary point of contact for the business owners who rely on your expertise to navigate their risks, and you will have an Assistant Account Manager supporting your day-to-day servicing so you can stay focused on coverage and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Own a dedicated book of commercial business, making sure every client feels supported and understood.

Guide clients through renewals with clear insights, exposure reviews, and proactive coverage recommendations.

Prepare and process policy endorsements, certificates, and premium audits with high attention to detail.

Work with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve billing or policy discrepancies.

Respond to client inquiries promptly with solutions that show our commitment to their success.

Identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities so clients are protected where it matters.

Direct and review the work of the Assistant Account Manager supporting your book.

Keep client files accurate and current so our records reflect the real needs of the businesses we serve.


Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Property and Casualty license.

Three or more years of experience managing commercial lines accounts.

Practical knowledge of agency management systems (HawkSoft a plus, but not required) and carrier portals.

Strong organizational skills for managing complex renewals and policy changes.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Comfortable working on-site in our Hollywood, Florida office.
