Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry is a renowned outpatient clinic serving Arizona, family owned and operated. We take an integrative care approach and offer both psychiatry and therapy. Our second location opens August 3rd in Gilbert, Arizona.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a trauma-focused Fully Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team to see clients and provide supervision to associate-level clinicians. This position can be either full-time W2 with benefits or part-time contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions in-person at our Gilbert office. No fewer than 35 hours available for client scheduling per week, with remaining time built in for supervision.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

  • Maintain communication with the clinical supervisor and psychiatric providers, participating in consultation meetings as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with professional ethics and state/federal regulations.

  • Maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to 1099 contractor expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Supervision certificate.

  • Full licensure in Arizona.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized training (e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
