Domestic Logistics Operator

Pay Rate: $23/hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Logistics Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong operational and customer service skills to join a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic transportation and logistics operations
• Manage traffic coordination, warehouse processes, and shipment tracking
• Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Utilize WMS and logistics platforms such as Cargowise and Magaya
• Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve shipment-related issues promptly

Requirements:

• Experience with WMS systems and logistics software including Cargowise and Magaya
• Strong background in domestic operations, traffic coordination, warehousing, and logistics
• Familiarity with distribution, fulfillment, and 3PL environments
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, inventory control, and reporting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Immediate availability strongly preferred
