Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivables AR / Accounts Payables

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to help manage the financial side of our growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR): invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
• Handle accounts payable (AP): vendor bills, purchase orders, and timely payments
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements
• Monitor job costing, production expenses, and inventory-related costs
• Assist with payroll processing and employee hours tracking
• Generate weekly/monthly financial reports
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Work closely with ownership and external accountants/CPA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, AR/AP, or accounting experience
• Experience in a production, printing, or service-based business is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and vendor management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
