Salary: $70K - $85K; Depending On Experience

Qualifications:

• Must have long-term care experience
• Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping in long-term care
• Must be extremely hands-on
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations

Responsibilities:

• The Housekeeping/Maintenance Director is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility
• Hands on maintenance is a must
• Must be able to communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
• Must be knowledgeable of laundry practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing laundry functions in the long-term care facility.
