Job Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED AND 1-2 years of related experience in a medical setting. Must obtain and maintain BLS certification.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and best practices.
- Coordinate team meetings to optimize patient care plans.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic goals and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation and clinical workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between all departments.
- Identify and address clinical risk factors to improve patient safety.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and collect specimens as instructed.
- Administer medications and injections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Maintain nursing stations and examination areas in a manner consistent with OSHA standards.
- Exhibits a high degree of courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform X-Ray and EKGs
- Assist Occupational Medicine staff with as needed.
- Performs other related duties assigned by management.
High school diploma or GED AND 1-2 years of related experience in a medical setting. Must obtain and maintain BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Medical Assistant
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in clinical information systems and healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and staff development.
- Current professional registration and licensure as required.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequently required to walk, sit, and stand.
- Occasionally exposed to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials
- Occasionally required to travel for training purposes and attend at least two community clinic events each year.
