Today, we are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps. Strong HVAC experience is required. We are currently offering:

'14; Industry-Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)

What We’re Looking For:

'14; Strong hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

'14; Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

'14; EPA Certification for refrigerant handling REQUIRED.

'14; Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
'14; Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
'14; Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
'14; Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
'14; Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
'14; Strong written and verbal English communication skills

'14; A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

'14; Valid Driver's License
