We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

What We’re Looking For:
'14; Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

'14; Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

'14; EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)

'14; Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
'14; Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
'14; Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
'14; Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
'14; Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
'14; Strong written and verbal English communication skills

'14; A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

'14; Valid Driver's License
