Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality in-home care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and mobility assistance

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry to create a comfortable and safe living environment

• Encourage independence, self-care, and social interaction among clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns or changes to management

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with mobility issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional care

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
