Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, non-medical care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and repositioning
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding if needed
Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
$16 - $18 HOURLY competitive compensation package
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in home care or geriatric care
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Passion for delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and families
