Compensation: Salary (Dependent on experience) + Commission, signing bonus

Qualifications:

• Valid P&C license highly preferred
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients/prospects
• Strong negotiation skills

The Licensed Insurance Producer will be responsible for:

• Generating new business by prospecting and networking
• Meeting with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
• Providing clients with customized insurance solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Account management alongside service CSR team
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Forecasting sales and developing sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulation
