Insurance Sales Associate

Base Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000 – $120,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products to new customers using consultative techniques

• Prospect, quote, follow up, and close new leads

• Proactively cross-sell to existing clients

• Make outbound calls to prospects and former clients

Requirements:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and digital devices

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
