Medical Assistant Certified

Private Neurology practice is seeking a Medical Assistant - Certified at our small satellite clinic in Mesa to start immediately.

You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures if needed
• Escort patients to exam rooms

​Qualifications:

• Current Registered Certificate preferred or 10 years MA experience
• Athena EMR experience preferred
• Vitals, injections, EKGs
• Phlebotomy
• Assisting providers
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
