Plaintiff Attorney - Personal Injury

Sweet James is looking for Pre Litigation and Litigation Personal Injury attorneys to join our team—PI experience is preferred!

This role is based at our Headquarters office in beautiful Newport Beach.

As part of our team, you'll work directly with the firm's partners, gaining hands-on experience, client advocacy and case strategy. If you're a driven attorney eager to excel in a high-performing, results-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• A California-licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases.
• Strong communication and client service skills—our clients come first.
• 2-3 years licensure preferred.
• Passion for helping those who are up against large corporations and insurance companies.
• A desire to learn, grow, and advance within our firm.
• Bonus points if you're bilingual or have a multi-jurisdiction license.
