Medical Receptionist - FT - Cedar City

Revere Health Premier Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Receptionist who brings positive energy, strong medical front office skills, and a heart for pediatrics to our growing practice.

Essential Job Functions:

• Welcome families with warmth, patience, and a smile
• Check in patients and complete demographic & insurance intake
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running smoothly
• Support providers and staff with front office operations
• Help create a calm, fun, kid-friendly experience for patients and parents

Qualifications:

• Prior medical receptionist or medical front office experience
• Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and demographics
• Comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
• EMR experience preferred

Hours:Must be available to work year-round (not seasonal). Must be available Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm with occasional evening clinics (T,W,Th) 5:00-7:00. Occasional Saturday clinics (rotating) 8:30-12:00
