Job Description
As a Processing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring member applications and supporting documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is heavily data-entry focused and requires someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask while meeting daily and weekly deadlines. We’re looking for someone who brings strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in multiple systems and databases.
• Review and process application paperwork to support patient access to medication assistance programs.
• Scan, upload, and organize digital documents to ensure information is complete and properly filed.
• Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computers and data entry, with strong typing and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Prior administrative, processing, or data entry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
