Position: Regional Director of Business Development

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/YR DOE

Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584 and Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson Ave
Raymond, WA 98577

What You'll Do:

• Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community
• Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes
• Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections
• Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 3-years of marketing experience in healthcare, senior living, or post-acute/long-term care (required)
• Clinical background is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems
