  • We are seeking a highly qualified, compassionate Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) and Home and Community Services (HCBS) Administrator to oversee operations at our growing premier senior care community in East TN.
  • In this role you will lead daily administrative functions and guide our dynamic caregiving teams, and spearhead compliance for both our residential facility and our regional in-home HCBS programs.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a deep understanding of TN Department of Health regulations, and a passionate commitment to helping local seniors age in place.
  • You will ensure our operations remain fiscally sound while guiding our staff and providing our clients and residents with top-tier safety and clinical support.
