What You'll Do as Sous Chef:

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ cooks and kitchen staff
• Oversee food prep, cooking, plating, and station execution
• Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and food safety standards
• Assist the Executive Chef with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up
• Must have experience in high-volume cooking - 300+ covers per shift preferred
• Must have experience managing a team of at least 10 in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for food, quality, and developing others
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
