About the Role:
Botkins Electric and Plumbing Co is looking for an Experienced Electrician to join our skilled trades team in Botkins, OH. Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers, wiring, and outlets to ensure code compliance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and perform timely repairs
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sites
  • Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC electrical codes and safety standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
