Experienced Electrician

Field Operations

• Perform and oversee electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets NEC code and local requirements
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance

Supervision & Leadership

• Lead and manage field technicians on job sites
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate workload across crews
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
• Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and jobsite expectations
• Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites

Project Execution

• Coordinate with office staff on scheduling and job progress
• Communicate job status, delays, and material needs
• Ensure proper documentation of work orders, photos, and job notes
• Maintain productivity and keep jobs moving efficiently

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Conduct jobsite safety checks and address hazards immediately
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years electrical experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Proven supervisory or crew lead experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot complex issues
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred (but not required)

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience with service work and customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with job management software (e.g., Housecall Pro)
• Experience managing multiple crews or projects
