  • Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Job Description Play a critical role as a carpenter for a local residential construction company. You will be setting overseeing a team of framing carpenters, install technicians, and other construction personnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Construct forms for specific residential and commercial projects
  • Discuss anticipated production sequences and potential construction problems.
  • Provide input on improvement of work processes and workflow.
  • Ensure performance of scheduled work.
  • Properly maintains tools and utilizes appropriate safety guards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent general carpentry experience. Residential Framing is a must
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures/specifications.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and piece tickets

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $32-35/hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
