Frequent travel to various job sites is required to support ongoing residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and operate hand and power tools safely
• Interpret and follow blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times
• Collaborate effectively with a medium-sized team (4-7 members)
• Problem-solve on-site issues to maintain project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in framing and blueprint reading
• Experienced with hand and power tool operation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
