Manufacturing Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $16.00/hr
We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operators. This role involves machine operation, assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production lines
  • Perform assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging duties
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Clean equipment, pallets, and work areas as required
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
  • Follow work instructions and verify processes through electronic systems
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to learn multiple production stations and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to accept direction and work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Basic computer skills for production documentation and electronic systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to twist, reach, and move frequently throughout the workday
