We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operators. This role involves machine operation, assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production lines
- Perform assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging duties
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
- Clean equipment, pallets, and work areas as required
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Follow work instructions and verify processes through electronic systems
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to learn multiple production stations and processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to accept direction and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Basic computer skills for production documentation and electronic systems
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift
- Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to twist, reach, and move frequently throughout the workday
