Trim Table Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Janesville, WI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temporary
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Trim Table Operators to join our team in Janesville. This position is responsible for sorting, trimming, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment.
No prior experience is required; training is provided for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a productive team.
Responsibilities
  • Sort and inspect materials on the trim table
  • Trim and remove excess material as needed
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
