Location: Darien, WI
Pay: Starting at $18.25/hr
Position Type: Long-Term

We are seeking motivated Welders to join our team in Darien. Candidates with at least 1 year of welding experience are encouraged to apply. We provide hands-on training and skill development opportunities, making this a great position for welders looking to grow their careers and increase their earning potential.
Schedule
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Overtime based on customer demand
  • Overtime is expected but not mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Perform welding duties according to quality standards and specifications
  • Participate in weld training and skill assessments
  • Interpret work instructions and production requirements
  • Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
  • Ability and willingness to learn and improve welding skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
After successfully passing the weld test, employees will be moved into another area of the plant based on their skill level and abilities.
