Continental Springs is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Part-Time Nights (10PM - 6AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

• Accurately document nursing care and observations

• Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers

• Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
