Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
