Mobile Pizza Kitchen Crew Member

Job Overview

We are hiring Mobile Pizza Kitchen Crew Members to support our pizza trailer operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that includes cooking pizzas, taking customer orders, running the register, cleaning dishes, and helping keep the mobile kitchen organized and operating efficiently during service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, staying busy, and contributing to both food preparation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and ingredient organization
• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment during and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the mobile kitchen
• Assist with opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of the pizza trailer
• Support teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
  

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn all aspects of mobile kitchen operations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Food service experience preferred but not required; training provided
