Landscape Foreman

The Landscape Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing small teams of 5-6 members to ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves on-site supervision, client coordination, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Foreman will manage project planning, equipment, irrigation systems, and inventory, while utilizing advanced landscape design software to support project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small team of landscaping professionals
• Plan and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality control across all landscaping installations and maintenance
• Manage equipment use and upkeep
• Enforce safety regulations and protect team welfare
• Coordinate directly with clients and handle on-site supervision
• Oversee landscape installation and irrigation system management
• Schedule routine maintenance and conduct site inspections
• Maintain accurate inventory management for materials and equipment

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
