Direct Care Worker- Day Shift and some Weekends
- Will need to be able to cook meals and clean homes
- Will need to assist with bathing and transferring
- Give medications
- Establish a caring, therapeutic relationship with clients
- Implements individualized treatment plans with clients goals
- Respond appropriately during a behavior crisis
- Be able to defuse and de-escalate behavior outburst
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Provide appropriately level of supervision to assigned clients
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, programs, and scheduled activities
- Must have a high drivers license
- Must have transportation
- Must have a high school diploma
- Need full time and part time workers
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Need 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift workers
- Need 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am on weekends
