Hotel Front Desk / Guest Services Representative

We’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team and grow with our hotel.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions.
• Respond to guest concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
• Process payments and balance daily transactions.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and inviting.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred.
• Experience with a hotel property management system (Cloudbeds or similar) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a bonus.
