Line Cook - $16/hour

Jim & Jennie's Greek Village is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We're looking for someone dependable, comfortable working in a busy kitchen, and able to work well with others.

Pay: Starting at $16/hour with experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with food prep as needed
• Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen team
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow recipes and instructions
• Good communication and teamwork
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
