Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Onsite – Pomona
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $25-$27/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
(Bilingual Spanish and Manufacturing a MUST)
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a manufacturing company on a temp-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice parts, equipment, and service sales orders
- Process customer payments and post cash receipts
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Send monthly AR statements
- Follow up on past-due accounts, daily collection calls
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
